Welcome back to Monday, hope everyone had a nice weekend! It sure is nice to see the sun, makes everything so much better. Carol has been busy in the kitchen making up some fresh and delicious side salads, Cherry Chicken, Tortellini and California Quinoa. Not mention fresh baked Peanut Butter Cookies!!
